Quality is guaranteed from the start of the production process by choosing materials such as Grilamid TR90 made in Switzerland or other innovative, latest generation and environmentally friendly materials. The molding department is equipped with specialized machinery with also the possibility of double injection molding.

In the tumbling department every single pair of glasses is subjected to a meticulous and delicate surface preparation. The raw parts are subjected to ceramic polishing or wood tumbling, then they are carefully washed with ultrasonic machines, preparing them for the painting phase.

The painting department is the real flagship of Danor. Completely renovated in 2017, the department comprises a modern pressurized clean room that allows a high increased efficiency, reduction of harmful emissions and the optimization of internal the work flow. As well as guaranteeing the highest quality.

The painting phase is carried out using 100% Italian water-based and solvent-free paints, respecting our own green philosophy which we have been strong advocates of for many years.
